According to the market needs, henan bebon supply the oversea markets for Cr12MoV hot rolled round bars OD 6mm -80 mm and Cr12MoV forged round bars OD 80 mm - 1200 mm, also Cr12MoV forged square bars OD 100- 1200 mm. The OD tolerance is about 0-3 mm and length tolerance is about 0-20 mm.
Cr12MoV round bars are usually produced under the followed procedures: EAF arc furnace + LF purify affinage + VDF + ingot steel(bottom gating /argon) + forged + annealing + black polishing (turnery) + GB/T6402-92 ΙΙ UT test + smooth edges with sawing .
Compared with Cr12, Cr12MoV owns lower C content. Also, Cr12MoV contains Mo and V two elements. Thus the price of Cr12MoV round bars is higher price than Cr12 bars.
