15CrMoR
Scope
The technical conditions apply to plates of 15CrMoR with thickness not more than 200mm. (8mm-200mm)
Adopt standard:
WYJ060-2006 Standard Specification covers chromium-molybdenum alloy steel plates intended primarily for welded boilers and pressure vessels designed for elevated Temp service.
The dimension, shape, weight and permissible deviation shall meet the requirements of GB6654.
Thickness tolerance: +/-1.52mm
Flatness: 4mm/m
Surface shot blasting or peeled.
Technical conditions
Chemical composition (Ladle analysis)
The chemical composition of plates shall be accordance with the following table 1.

Steel making process: EAF+LF/VD
Carbon equivalent (CEq)
Carbon equivalent shall be not more than __for plates of 15CrMoR.
Carbon equivalent shall be calculated as follows:
CEq=C+Mn/6+(Cr+Mo+V)/5+(Ni+Cu)/15 (%)
Mechanical properties
The mechanical properties of 15CrMoR shall meet the requirement as table 2.

Impact properties
Impact test in the longitudinal and transverse for plates of 15CrMoR shall meet the requirements per table 3.

Grain size
Grain size for plates shall be according to 15CrMoR.
Surface quality
The surface quality of plates shall be in accordance with ASME SA20/SA20M.
Ultrasonic inspection
Plates shall be 100% ultrasonic inspected as per SA578 / SA577 / SA435.
Test method and inspection rules
Test items, sampling quantity, sampling method and test method shall conform to table 4.

Package, marking and certificate
Package, marking and certificate shall conform to ASME SA20/SA20M.
Delivery conditions
The delivery conditions for plates of 15CrMoR shall be N+T.
Other requirements:
The other requirements for plates of 15CrMoR shall be in accordance with SA387 & WYJ010-2006.
MTC in accordance with EN10204: 2004 3.1
The chemical composition of plates shall be accordance with the following table 1.
