SAE 8620 is one of alloy construture steel according to Chinese Standard. Standard Code: A50202. The steel round bar is high hardenability, without fragility after tempering,good weldability.Nice machinability and Cold strain plasticity.
HR 8620 steel bar is a low carbon nickel chromium molybdenum alloy with good carburized properties, formability, and weldability. This grade is a low-cost steel that is the most widely used carburizing alloy. Due to its nickel content, this grade has a high strength case and core toughness. General Applications
Widely used for stransmission system,motor of tractor and middle-small auto. Alternative 12CrNi3 to make higher class carburization and cyanide carburizing parts such as oil drilling,claws and cone for mining.
