There are many different types of stainless steel, and each has its own unique composition and qualities. ■J1: carbon content is slightly higher than J4 and copper content is lower than J4, its processing performance is not as good as J4, suitable for ordinary shallow deep drawing, deep drawing products large Angle type, such as decorative board, bathroom products, sink, product tube, etc..
■ J2, J5: decorative tube: simple decorative tube is good, because the hardness is high (above 96°) polished more beautiful, but the square tube or in the bend (90°) is prone to burst.
Flat side: because of high hardness, the surface of the board is more beautiful, surface treatment, such as grinding, polishing, plating color is acceptable. But the biggest problem is the bending problem, bending is easy to fracture, gouging groove is easy to burst. Poor malleability.
■ J3: high carbon low chromium low copper, but because of its high carbon content and less copper content, slightly hard material, so not suitable for bending strength slightly larger. 201-J1 is also less malleable than 201-J1 and is more prone to rust in the same environment. In the narrow band field, the emergence of J3 material is more in order to respond to the corrosion resistance of pipe enterprises, and the deformation requirements are not particularly high demand, and developed. Because of its ability to reduce the raw material cost of pipe manufacturing enterprises, it is sought after by pipe manufacturing enterprises in the narrow band field.
J3 is suitable for decorative tubes. In decorative board simple processing can be, a little difficulty is not. There is feedback that shear plate bending, broken after the internal seam (black titanium, color plate series, sanding plate, broken, folded out of the internal seam). I have tried to bend the sink material, 90 degrees is ok, but not to continue.
■ J4: J4 is the higher end of the J series, suitable for deep drawing products with small Angle type, deep stretching and salt spray test products will choose it. For example, sink, kitchenware, bathroom products, kettle, thermos, hinge, cooker, etc.
