Heat Treatment
Annealing: Heat 18CrNiMo7-6 to 650-700°C, cool slowly in furnace.
Normalizing: 850-880°C, air.
Hardening: Carburising: 880-980°C. Core Hardening: 830-870°C, water. Case Hardening: 780-820°C, water.
Tempering: 150-200°C.
Capacity

Chemical analysis, Mechnical analysis, Ultrasonic testing, Metallographic, Surface quality and dimension report.
Package
Each bundle of max 3,000kg with several steel strips, Two tags on each bundle, Wrapped in waterproof paper, PVC sleeve, and sackcloth with several steel strips.
Mill’s Test Certificate
EN 10204/3.1 with all relevant data reg. chem. composition, mech. properties and results of testing.
